You can apply in person to Directorate of Information Technologies with your student ID card or staff ID card.

You have to change your e-mail password every 90 days for security reasons.

 

How can I use the wireless network service?

You can use the wireless network service with mobile devices such as computers, smartphones, tablets. For detailed settings of the wireless network connection, you can get support from 4480, 4482 and 4486 or from the account of bid@asbu.edu.tr.

 

How can I make a VPN connection?

VPN is a system that allows you to use only locally running programs (SPSS, etc.) included in the corporate network from an external internet connection. You can find the documentation of VPN settings here. To make these settings, you need to use an external internet connection.
